For high accuracy and precision, Chem 6 is equipped with a dual cuvette system featuring 18 μL flow cell and 10 mm square cuvette, along with Peltier temperature control from 20°C to 40°C in 1°C steps. The air purge system between samples significantly reduces carryover, while the peristaltic pump aspiration with calibration facility ensures consistent liquid handling. Its dustproof static photometer with 8 wavelengths (340, 405, 450, 505, 546, 578, 630, 670 nm) delivers precise photometric readings with a range of 0–3.0 OD and resolution of 0.0001 Abs.
