The Sysmex XN-330™ Automated Hematology Analyzer brings the proven performance of XN-Series™ technology into a space-saving, lower-volume laboratory solution. The analyzer utilizes fluorescent flow cytometry for WBC differential and reticulocyte analysis, the direct current impedance method with hydrodynamic focusing for RBC and platelet counting, and the cyanide-free SLS method for hemoglobin measurement. These proven technologies ensure high sensitivity, precision, and safety across all measured parameters.

The system provides comprehensive hematology testing including WBC, RBC, HGB, HCT, MCV, MCH, MCHC, PLT, RDW-SD, RDW-CV, MPV, and full 5-part differential with immature granulocyte (IG) reporting: NEUT, LYMPH, MONO, EO, BASO with absolute counts and percentages, as well as IG# and IG%.

With a throughput of up to 60 samples per hour, the XN-330™ supports efficient daily workflow for low to moderate sample volumes. It requires only 25 µL of whole blood in whole blood mode and 70 µL in pre-dilute mode, making it suitable for pediatric, geriatric, and difficult samples.
